There are 2 entrances to the property, one in front and the other on the side.

The ground floor has a lovely hallway. To the immediate right, down a few steps is one room. Now being used as kitchen/store room. To the left of the hallway is a charming living space with high ceilings and a fireplace in one corner. Another room, slightly raised with steps going up to it, is the bedroom. It has an door to the outside and next is a bathroom.
In the hallway there are wooden stairs leading to the first floor.

The first floor has a ceiling showing its wooden beams in the traditional manner. A traditional verani being divided into 2 large rooms. Superb views from every window – like picture postcards.

Towards the back is a large courtyard, enjoyed for outside dining. To one side is another small terrace with a small sink.
