On the ground floor has a separate bedroom, great for guests or extended family. The room has a natural stone rock feature from the ground and is especially cool during the summer months. There are also built in sofas. To the other side is a separate bathroom.

External steps lead up to the first floor where there is a spacious living room and central fireplace. Typical Hydriot style with stone flooring and wooden beams across the ceiling.

To the back on one side of the living room is a simple kitchen with all necessities. To the immediate right side of the living room are 2 double bedrooms, both with lots of light, fitted wardrobes and wooden ceilings.
Through the back is a bathroom and another door that leads outside. Here is a second entrance to the property and also steps which lead onto a roof terrace.

There is a large terrace giving ample space for entertaining or relaxing and watching the world go by. Another entrance is found below.
