This property was lived in by a priest until recently. A very traditional house in size and style.
From the street entrance, a small courtyard is found with steps leading up to the ground floor.
The ground floor has a hallway and 3 large rooms with high ceilings and thick stome walls.
Internal steps lead up to the first floor which has been partially renovated. The flooring has been reinforced and the walls concreted. It has been kept as one long verani (the original way houses were set out in the old days) with many windows giving much light and wonderful views of the sea and Kamini.
An old kitchen can be found under ground level from the courtyard. Underneath the flooring is a water cistern. A back door leads out onto a lovely garden covered with many different mediterranean trees and plants. There is a second cistern in the garden.
It is an interesting renovation project and does need investment to eventually become a livable home.
The walk from the port is approximately 15 minutes but it has great sense of space inside and out.
