A short walk of approx 8 minutes from the port, the property sits alone on a plot of 152m² and has a great amount of privacy.

A walled garden with an iron gate entrance surrounds the house. A spacious garden is in front planted with several lemon trees and shrubs. To one side is a hand made oven which is still in use and a small apothiki (store room) to the other side.

The ground floor has a living/dining area with a fireplace in the corner. There are double doors which lead straight out into the garden.
Towards the back of the house is a separate kitchen fitted with wooden cupboards and a bathroom.

On one side of the living room is a wooden staircase leading to the first floor.
There are 2 good sized bedrooms and a second bathroom.
From the master bedroom doors is a typical wooden balcony where you can sit and look out across inland Hydra. Quite a view!

The property is in good shape structurally although some moderation would be needed.
