An old ruin positioned in the high area of Kiafa, Hydra island, Greece.
A crumbled ruin with uninterrupted views of the sea and inland Hydra. Due to still having some existing walls, it will be much simpler to obtain planning permits in order to rebuild.
Although the ruin needs to be cleared first, there is plenty of stone for building to begin. It is situated close to the church of Agios Andreas.
Another advantage is that it will never be closed in by another building in front.
As seen on the plan, there is also space in front, to the side and the back for a garden or courtyard to be made.
A project for someone with energy and enthusiasm. Engineers and architects can be recommended to those who are interested.
Will make a lovely small holiday home in a quiet area of the island.
